In section the theoretical basics used in the computation are sketched, how computing (in general, and in information-independent way) works. This part uses many references to the real theoretical works and sometimes borrows text and figures from them.
The simulators deal with computing at the signalling and communication level, without going into implementational details. General procedures (principles and concepts) are discussed, and somewhat specialized toward electronic implementation toward current technology. The procedures can be easily be replaced by specialized ones, either those containing theoreatical calculations and including epirical ones. However, the computational routines are formed in such a way that the simple approach taken in the simulator, can be easily replaced by solving the corresponding differential equations, and the other conputational routines will not notice the change.
We discuss the basic terms to the absolutely necessary depth
